I lost my key, how do I get a new one?
Replacement keys can be ordered and rebuilt from the last upload data. Replacement cost is $100.00. Please be sure to contact JPL Productions when you receive your new key for assistance in restoring your answer files.

My USB key does not work
If your key is malfunctioning, you must mail the key to JPL Productions for replacement. Your last uploaded exam information will be provisioned to the new key.

My coupon has expired
ABTS diplomates have 3 months in which to redeem their coupon. After that time the diplomate must contact the ABTS to acquire a new coupon.

Recertification
The recertification cycle for the American Board of Thoracic Surgery is managed through the Board off (www.abts.org, or 312-202-5900). Individuals wishing to recertify must make applicatoin through the ABTS office. When the complete recertification application is approved, diplomates will be notified by the ABTS and sent a coupon code via email to redeem for the SESATS exam. ABTS diplomates have 3 months in which to redeem their coupon. After that time the diplomate must contact the ABTS to acquire a new coupon.
