I lost my key, how do I get a new one?
Replacement keys can be ordered and rebuilt from the last upload data. Replacement cost is $100.00. Please be sure to contact JPL Productions when you receive your new key for assistance in restoring your answer files.

If your key is malfunctioning, you must mail the key to JPL Productions for replacement. Your last uploaded exam information will be provisioned to the new key.

My coupon has expired
ABTS diplomates have 3 months in which to redeem their coupon. After that time the diplomate must contact the ABTS to acquire a new coupon.

Maintenance of Certification
The Maintenance of Certification (MOC) cycle for the American Board of Thoracic Surgery is managed through the Board office (www.abts.org, or 312-202-5900). Individuals wishing to recertify must make application through the ABTS office. When the complete MOC application is approved, diplomates will be notified by the ABTS and sent a coupon code via email to redeem for the SESATS exam. ABTS diplomates have 3 months in which to redeem their coupon. After that time the diplomate must contact the ABTS to acquire a new coupon.
Where is my CME certificate?
Once your final results are uploaded to CTSNet, the Penn State Office of Continuing Medical Education reviews the result data and emails a PDF certificate. This review process will normally occur within 2 weeks of final result upload. If you have not received your CME certificate within 2 weeks and have confirmed that the email was not blocked by firewalls or SPAM filters contact the Penn State Office here:
